You might have found your way here because something feels too heavy to carry alone.
Perhaps you’ve been doing your best to hold it all together for work, for family, for everyone else but inside, you feel lost, tired, or unsure where to turn next.
You may not even know exactly what’s wrong, only that something doesn’t feel right anymore.
That’s okay. You don’t need to have all the answers before reaching out.
This Space Is for You If…
- You’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck.
- You’re struggling to make sense of your emotions or decisions.
- You’ve been through something painful or feel disconnected from yourself.
- You want to explore what’s holding you back from living more freely or peacefully.
- You’re finding it hard to move past shame, guilt, or loss.
- You’re supporting someone who’s struggling with addiction or mental health, and it’s taking its toll on you.
- You’re in recovery and ready to look more deeply at what comes next — beyond just “not using.”
What You Might Be Looking For
- A place to talk honestly without fear of judgement.
- Support that feels real and down-to-earth.
- Time and space to reflect, understand, grow and heal.
- A counsellor who sees you not a diagnosis, label, or “issue.”
- Gentle guidance to help you reconnect with yourself and make sense of what’s been happening.
How I Work With You
I don’t come with an agenda or a set of instructions.
Instead, I’ll meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
We’ll talk at your pace, exploring what’s been difficult and what you’d like life to feel like instead.
Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you it’s about helping you understand yourself more deeply, make peace with what’s been, and find a way forward that feels true to who you are.
A Gentle Reminder
Whatever brings you here, pain, uncertainty, hope, or curiosity — you’ve already taken an important step by looking for help.
That takes courage.
You don’t have to face everything on your own anymore.
Therapy offers a space where things can start to make sense, where you can begin to feel understood, and where small moments of clarity can grow into real, lasting change.
This space is for you the person beneath the struggle, the story, and the survival.
You are not your past. You are not your pain. You are still becoming.
